Research and studies show how the muscles react and burn calories after workouts. A algorithm had to be made from compiling different studies and MRI imaging of muscle mass to get correct body percentages of muscle weight vs size. This put together with 35 years weight training experience from the developers, brings you a amazing first of its kind App.

What is RMR
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) is the amount of energy expended while at rest. RMR decreases with age and with the loss of lean body mass. Increased muscle mass and cardiovascular exercise can increase RMR.

In the first 3 hours after working a body part the muscles use alot more energy trying to replentish and build. Muscles calorie burn rate after the first three hours slows dramatically over the next 57 hours. This App shows the Calories being burnt in total when all the Muscle groups are worked out on different days and different hours. Workout RMR keeps track of all calories being burnt after any workout that you do. The App will keep track of a muscle group for 60 hours after it is clicked and change color to show near end of cycle.
